Terms and Conditions
We advise you to check the quality of the photo or photos before sending them to us, by sending us your photo or photos we deem you are happy for us to use them if at all possible, "remember after all these are your photos!"
Quality issues like too dark, too bright, lacking in clarity, grainy, blocky, pixelated or group photos where the faces are far back and small are not recommend.
If the actual size of the persons face in the photo will work for us then the photo will be used regardless of the aforementioned quality issues.
We reserve the right to request from you another photo if one or more you sent will not work due to the actual size of the photo only.
One photo per order unless you pay to use the different photos option, this is regardless of how many different types of masks you add to the cart before you checkout.
All custom bespoke made to order products we sell are exempt from Distance Seller Regulations, non refundable once printed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We apply a higher postage charge for orders of 1, 2 or 3 masks, this is to cover costs and time. You can buy 4 masks for the same price as 1, 2 or 3 masks.
Please note we are closed Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom made products we do not issue any refunds for products already made.
We will only issue a refund for damaged products due to transit damage by post.
We would require proof of damage by photo and with in 1 day of receiving the damaged parcel.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
Personalised Custom made product are exempt from the usual Distance Seller Regulations.
Your privacy is our main concern.
We do not sell or distribute your supplied information or images to anyone else.
Images get automatically deleted from our Systems after a short period of time after the order has been fulfilled.
